An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Salaried GP to join ourfriendly and supportive team working across Brook Health Centre andRotherfield Surgery.
We are looking for an enthusiastic GP who is committed to deliveringhigh quality, patient\-centred care and who would like to be part of asupportive and developing primary care organisation.
We welcome applications from both newly qualified and experiencedGPs and are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements to support apositive work\-life balance.
We also welcome applications from overseas candidates and are able to provide Skilled Worker visa sponsorship (formerly Tier 2\) for eligible applicants, subject to UK Visas and Immigration requirements.

About Brook Health Centre \& Rotherfield Surgery
Brook Health Centre and Rotherfield Surgery provide primary careservices across two sites in Crowborough, caring for approximately 7000 patients
You will work as part of an established multidisciplinary teamincluding GPs/ANPs/Nurses/Pharmacists/Paramedics, supported by anexperienced practice and administrative team.

As a Salaried GP, you will provide general medical services to ourpatient population and work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinaryteam.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking face\-to\-face, telephone and other appropriate patient consultations
- Assessing, diagnosing and managing a broad range of acute and long\-term conditions
- Prescribing and reviewing medication in accordance with current guidance
- Making appropriate referrals and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records
- Contributing to clinical meetings, quality improvement and practice development
- Supporting effective multidisciplinary working across the practice
- Participating in appropriate clinical governance, safeguarding and patient\-safety processes
- Contributing to the continued development and delivery of high\-quality primary care services
You will be a qualified GP with:
- Full GMC registration
- Inclusion on the NHS England Medical Performers List
- Appropriate medical indemnity
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- A commitment to safe, compassionate and patient\-centred care
- The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- An interest in contributing to the continued development of the practice
