Role Overview
The Safety Coordinator is responsible for supporting, implementing, and continuously improving workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across Allsafe4all ApS operations. The role ensures compliance with Danish safety regulations and company policies while fostering a strong safety culture among employees, contractors, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Health \& Safety Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Danish Working Environment Authority (Arbejdstilsynet) requirements
- Maintain and update risk assessments, safety procedures, and emergency plans
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits
- Investigate accidents, near\-misses, and unsafe conditions
- Document findings and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain incident reporting systems and safety records
- Deliver safety inductions for new employees and contractors
- Organize toolbox talks and ongoing safety training sessions
- Promote awareness of safe work practices across all departments
- Identify workplace hazards and assess associated risks
- Collaborate with managers to implement mitigation strategies
- Support development of safe work procedures and JSA (Job Safety Analysis)
- Act as liaison between management and employees regarding safety matters
- Prepare monthly and quarterly HSE reports
- Support external audits and inspections
- Experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in industrial, logistics, or construction environments
- Knowledge of Danish HSE legislation (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Relevant certification in occupational safety or HSE management is an advantage
- Strong communication and training skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
