Rural Surveyor/Business Consultant

DJM Consulting is a dynamic rural business consultancy looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join our team. This role offers experience across a wide variety of work, with opportunities to develop skills towards RICS APC competencies and CAAV examinations.

The Role

To support clients in a range of professional and business matters, including:

• Landlord and tenant, planning, arbitration, valuation, taxation and compensation


• Business and strategic advice for farming and rural enterprises


• Support with Defra and private schemes


• Assisting with new initiatives as they emerge including use of AI


• Contribute to marketing and business development

As we are a small and flexible team, you will be involved in many aspects of the business and gain wide\-ranging experience.

• has the aptitude and enthusiasm to learn, develop and grow with the business
