What You'll Do:
As a Road Freight Operator, you will play a pivotal role in our freight distribution operations. Your focus will be on ensuring the smooth, efficient, and timely movement of goods within the UK and internationally. This involves the following key tasks:
\- Master the Movement: Plan and coordinate the distribution of pallets and freight across the UK and internationally with Ziegler's renowned efficiency.
\- Connect \& Communicate: Keep our customers informed and satisfied by managing their shipments with precision and care.
\- Collaborate: Work closely with customers, overseas partners, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
\- Excel in Customer Service: Strive to deliver outstanding service to every client.
What We're Looking For:
\- Logistics Know\-How: Solid understanding of European Road Freight.
\- Number Crunching: Ability to manually calculate costs and charges.
\- People Skills: Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.
\- Drive: A full UK driving license and experience with customs paperwork are a plus!
