Overview

Monek Merchant Services is an FCA Authorised Payment Institution serving UK merchants of all sizes, process through Worldpay and settle to merchants daily, and we are growing fast.

We're looking for a Risk and Compliance Manager to own our regulated operations. You'll run the daily safeguarding and settlement reconciliations, manage our relationship with HSBC as safeguarding bank, and prepare FCA returns including REP027 and REP017\. As our MLRO, you'll lead on financial crime: AML policies, transaction and merchant monitoring, SARs, and coordinating the external AML review.

You'll also work with underwriting, manage fraud, chargebacks, terminations, merchant debt and complaints, and report monthly to the board.

The role suits an experienced compliance professional or a financial services accountant moving into compliance. Full handover and training provided.

£52,000 to £60,000, rising to £65,000 on appointment as MLRO, plus bonus, pension and private healthcare.

Based in Lichfield.

Pay: £52,000\.00\-£60,000\.00 per year
