Guest Services Team Member - Whitemoor Lakes (Full Time)

Whitemoor Lakes, based just outside the village of Alrewas, with close links to Burton, Lichfield and Tamworth, is a busy residential activity centre, open all year round.

We host a variety of groups from schools and youth groups to faith groups and charities.

We are currently looking to appoint a full time member to join our friendly and welcoming Guest Services Team

Reporting to the General Manager, and working as part of a team, we are looking for a friendly, positive, and hard working individual, with a can\-do approach, to join the team.

Our Guest Services Team members are the customer face of Whitemoor Lakes to all guests and visitors alike that come through our doors. They are often the first person our guests will see, and therefore a welcoming, friendly, and cheery persona is essential for this role.

As well as manning our reception desk, our Guest Services Team will also ensure the efficient administration and communication of all guest requirements, prior to, and during their stay, inputting group information onto the booking system, liaising with group organisers through a variety of means, and communication with all departments across the centre.

This role is a varied mix of front facing customer service (reception / duty management) and administration / office work.

Ideally we would like the successful candidate to have experience in a similar role, in a customer facing role, however, equally important is a flexible, can do attitude, pro\- active multitasker, who is a committed team player!

The ideal candidate will also be computer literate, including the use of MS office, Word and Excel and have previous experience of working in a customer\-oriented role.

Please note, this role includes day, evening and weekend work, as per the needs of the business, on a rota basis and can involve some lone\-working.

Shifts are generally 8\.00am \- 4\.00pm, 9\.00am \- 5\.00pm or 2\.00pm \- 10\.00pm.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: £13\.30\-£13\.31 per hour
