The Opportunity – Cardiff Area
We are seeking a RICS\-qualified surveyor based in or covering Cardiff and surrounding areas to:
- Carry out Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys
- Work on a self\-employed, consultant basis within your local postcode area

- Carrying out:
- Level 2 Home Surveys
- Level 3 Home Surveys
- Producing high\-quality reports using Scafol IO software
- Providing clear verbal feedback to clients following inspections
- Researching repair costs and property conditions
- Delivering first\-class customer service at all times
- RICS qualified (AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong IT skills (Word, report software)
- Self\-motivated and dynamic approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer\-first mindset
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, empowering environment
- Good knowledge of the Cardiff property market
