Accountabilities
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value strategic partnership opportunities across relevant ecosystems and industries.
- Structure, negotiate, and execute revenue-sharing and commercial partnership agreements that align incentives and drive mutual growth.
- Develop and manage joint go-to-market initiatives with partners, ensuring strong execution and measurable outcomes.
- Build and maintain a robust partner-driven pipeline that contributes directly to enterprise revenue generation.
- Track, analyze, and report on partner-attributed revenue performance and optimize partnership effectiveness over time.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to integrate partnerships into broader revenue strategies.
- Continuously refine partnership frameworks to improve scalability, efficiency, and revenue impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or revenue operations roles within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of building and scaling revenue-generating partnerships or channel programs.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience structuring complex commercial agreements and revenue-sharing models.
- Solid understanding of go-to-market strategy, enterprise sales cycles, and customer acquisition economics.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize partner-driven revenue streams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-growth settings with ownership mindset.
