Role : Store Manager (Full\-Time). We are seeking an inspiring, style\-conscious leader to take ownership of our busy Duke Street boutique in Dublin. If you have a passion for high\-end tailoring, sharp business acumen, and a talent for building lasting client relationships, this is the perfect opportunity to elevate your retail career with a growing national brand.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the Floor: Lead the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring the store looks flawless, welcoming, and on\-brand at all times.


• Elevate the Experience: Provide world\-class, personalized styling advice and customer service that turns first\-time visitors into lifelong regulars.


• Curate \& Merchandise: Bring your creative flair to our visual merchandising, window displays, and stock curation to tell a compelling style story.


• Drive Success: Manage inventory, track sales targets, and identify local opportunities to grow the business.

What We Look For: Previous retail management or supervisor experience, strong leadership skills, and deep expertise in menswear styling or suiting.
