Operating from our purpose\-built headquarters in Tewkesbury, we deliver bespoke solutions to homeowners seeking premium windows and doors.
We’re now expanding our reach across Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, and the Cotswolds, and are on the lookout for experienced and ambitious Sales Design Consultants to join our growing team.
About the Role
This is a client\-facing role where your focus will be to inspire, consult, and sell tailored home improvement solutions. You’ll be responsible for leading customers through the design journey—from initial consultation to product selection and pricing—ensuring their vision is realised with style and practicality.
You’ll be based from our Tewkesbury HQ, with customer visits in the local area. The role is suited to those with a passion for design, home renovation, and customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in\-home or showroom consultations across the Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, and the Cotswolds region
- Guide customers through the design and selection of windows and doors
- Offer expert product advice using a consultative sales approach
- Present custom design solutions and detailed quotations
- Build rapport and long\-lasting relationships with homeowners
- Manage your own sales pipeline and diary, with flexibility
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for design, renovation, and helping homeowners enhance their spaces
- Previous experience in home improvements or design\-led sales (ideal)
- A confident communicator and empathetic listener
- Strong self\-motivation with a commitment to hitting targets
- Ability to work flexibly and manage appointments independently
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Job Details
- Location: Tewkesbury HQ with travel across Gloucestershire/Worcestershire/Cotswolds
- Job Type: Full\-Time (Employed )
- Pay: Salary with Commission – OTE £50,000\+
- Schedule: Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday's ( 9:30am to 12:30pm )
