About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets by selling Vodafone products and services.
- Handle all administrative tasks associated with sales, including customer contracts, insurance, repair requests, stock monitoring, and payments.
- Maintain an up\-to\-date knowledge of Vodafone’s products, price plans, promotions, and services.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
- Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing.
- Flexibility to work weekday and weekends.
- Experience in electronic or telecom sales is an advantage but not required.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in computer use.
- Strong ability to work as part of a sales team.
- Competence in managing administrative tasks and customer service.
