RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER
THE ROLE
You're an experienced bicycle industry professional with a background in e\-bike sales and technical knowledge. You've got a passion for riding, too. You're a friendly, approachable person who loves to help customers and get them excited about riding bikes. And you're ready to take your expertise to the next level—as Retail Operations Manager at FUDGE \& SONS.
We've got the best products on the market, and we want to make sure our customers are having the best experience possible when they come into our showroom. That's where you come in: as Retail Operations Manager , your job is to focus on communications throughout the customer's journey with us—from awareness through purchase follow\-up—and ensure that they're getting the most out of their experience with us. You'll be maintaining active communications throughout their journey with us by supporting all communication channels (including online and offline), with a prime focus on sales. Success in this role is defined by maintaining active communications throughout the process, with a focus on three distinct phases:
- Awareness (getting people interested in what we have to offer),
- Sales (helping riders discover and enjoy our products),
- Follow\-Up (making sure that all goes smoothly after purchase).
● Full Time position
● Salary £31k \- £35 (Depending on experience)

● Working Hours \- 5 days per week , Tue \- Saturday: 9am \- 6pm (Closed Sunday/Monday)

Responsibilities and Duties
● Leads from the front, displaying a supportive role for all team mates
● Line Management of Sales \& Service teams
● Maintains continuous pursuit of customer journey phases \- Awareness, Sales, Follow\-Up
● Displays a proactive approach to handle customer service tasks
● Manages customer communications for retail showroom
● Responsible for stock control, goods in \& in\-store visual merchandising

Qualifications \& Experience
● Bicycle retail experience
● Previous team\-leading or management experience
● Demonstrates excellent technical knowledge
● E\-bike technical experience from Bosch, Shimano, Yamaha, Mahle, Brose, Fazua is preferred,
although specific training in all areas will be provided to the successful candidate
● Connected to the riding scene at an enthusiasts’ level
● Loves to ride bikes
