What You’ll Do
You will manage the stock and logistics for our online and retail systems, while also regularly working directly in the shop—including some weekends.
- Online Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for digital shoppers, resolving enquiries regarding online orders, tracking, and product advice.
- Inventory \& Logistics: Track and audit stock levels for the physical shop and e\-commerce storefront, manage purchase orders, and coordinate shipping with courier partners. Coordinate with our manufacturing team to schedule replenishment and avoid stockouts.
- External Suppliers: Manage purchase orders, supplier invoices, and delivery notes with precise attention to detail.
- Shop Support: Work directly on the shop floor on designated days—including a rotating weekend schedule—delivering premium customer service to village visitors and telephone requests.
- Perfume Course Administration: Manage bookings, enquiries, scheduling, and student correspondence for our renowned perfume creation courses.
- Experience: 2–4 years in retail operations, customer service or retail administration.
- Location: Full commitment to a strictly on\-site role in Bourton\-on\-the\-Water (no hybrid/remote options available).
- Flexibility: Absolute availability to work a shifting rota that includes some weekends on the shop floor.
- Tech Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience navigating inventory, booking systems, or e\-commerce databases.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to switch easily from focused admin tasks to warm customer hospitality.
