Welling Architectural Ironmongery Ltd is a B2B supplier of door hardware and ironmongery to the fitout, construction and door manufacturing trades in the UK. Our business is built on strong customer relationships, repeat business and recommendation, strong on advisory and product knowledge.

Marketing at Welling is practical and commercial, focused on supporting the sales team with product literature and information for customers.

Design \& Product Literature (regular)

• Create product datasheets, flyers and promotions using InDesign/Illustrator


• Produce customer\-specific price lists with images


• Create and maintain our main brochures and catalogues


• Create internal documents, presentations and forms


• Support branding and logo work when required

• Work with external photographers, send sample products for photography


• Edit and prepare images using Photoshop

• Tweak packaging designs as required, mainly using supplier templates


• Liaise with printers and fulfilment partners


• Manage printed catalogues, flyers and branded customer gifts

Essential:

• Strong working knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop


• Good written English and attention to detail


• Organised, practical and commercially aware


• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• B2B marketing experience


• Some experience using Wordpress, for basic image, text and document updates

• Enjoys being hands\-on rather than strategic\-only


• Understands that marketing exists to support sales and KAMs


• Can work independently and manage multiple tasks


• Is professional and easy to work with

• A social\-media\-led marketing role


• A purely creative design position


• A corporate marketing role with layers of management


• A strategic marketing role

Pay: £26,000\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
