Retail General Manager and Post Office (officer in charge)

Complete management and running of a community post office in a popular village location,

on the outskirts of NORWICH, NR134AB, Ideally suited to a husband and wife or team of two.

Experience preferred but not essential as training provided. Both positions are customer focussed so it's essential to have excellent customer service skills.

Honesty, literacy, numeracy is essential and reliability and punctuality are a must requirements. The ability to be flexible regarding work schedules and work roles is necessary.

Driving license is necessary. You would need to have the right to work in the UK.

But there is a potential of sponsorship for the right candidates in February 2027 PROVIDED they have existing or had skilled worker Visa prior to July 2025\.

Both positions will require compliance to all relevant laws and regulations and would require vetting and DBS checked by POL. They are both FULL TIME, PERMANENT, LONG TERM and a lovely 2 bed partly furnished home and possible use of car is part of package. The salary is negotiable and net and for right applicants future there is possibility of full responsibility of the business.

Pay: £2,900\.00\-£3,000\.00 per month
