We have a unique and exciting career opportunity for an enthusiastic individual, who has a passion for selling beautiful furniture and decorative home accessories, to join our team at Redbrick in West Yorkshire. You will be working with quality furniture brands such as Tetrad, Nattuzzi, Calia Italia and many more.

The role requires a confident team leader that understands the importance of achieving sales and profit targets whilst delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate would have a proven sales managerial/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Reporting directly to the wider management team


• Accountable for achieving sales revenue targets


• Manage, coach and drive the performance of the team


• Manage the team rotas, timesheets, holiday requests and sickness management


• Customer service focused, with a passion for the products


• Maintaining brand standards by ensuring the store is merchandised according to guidelines and POS is accurately displayed


• Along with your team, ensure high standards of housekeeping are maintained

This is a full\-time permanent position and the successful candidate must be able to work weekends and Bank Holidays without restrictions.
