Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations to establish and maintain relationships with merchants


• Conduct field research by collecting data on store displays, product placement, and customer engagement


• Promote our company's services and gather feedback from merchants to improve outreach strategies


• Assist in organising and executing merchant engagement activities and events


• Document findings accurately and report insights to the team in a timely manner


• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing merchant inquiries professionally and courteously


• Maintain organised records of visits, interactions, and collected data for analysis

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences


• Experience or background in marketing is advantageous


• Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable manner


• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a broader range of merchants


• Organised with excellent attention to detail for accurate data collection and reporting


• Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field while adhering to schedules and targets
