• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud for retail and e\-commerce clients


• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications


• Optimize existing e\-commerce platforms to enhance performance, user experience, and conversion rates


• Integrate third\-party systems and APIs with Salesforce Commerce Cloud


• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to e\-commerce implementations


• Stay up\-to\-date with the latest e\-commerce trends and Salesforce Commerce Cloud updates


• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members


• Ensure adherence to best practices in e\-commerce development and Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementation


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field


• Proven experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud in retail and e\-commerce environments


• Strong proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript


• In\-depth understanding of e\-commerce best practices and industry trends


• Experience with API integrations and version control systems (e.g., Git)


• Excellent problem\-solving skills and attention to detail


• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities


• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment


• Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification (preferred)


• Experience with other Salesforce products (preferred)


• Knowledge of agile methodologies (preferred)


• Familiarity with mobile commerce (preferred)


• Fluency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
