Retail Customer Assistant

Location: Bray\| Job Type: Full\-Time, 40 hours per week \| On\-Site

Who We Are

Coastline Gaming is one of Ireland's most established gaming and entertainment operators, with nine venues nationwide and a growing online presence. For over 40 years, we've been creating spaces where people come to enjoy themselves and we've built that reputation by hiring people who genuinely care about customer experience.

The Role

As a Customer Assistant, you'll be the face of the venue the first person customers see and the one they come to with questions. You'll support cash transactions, keep the floor looking its best, and make sure every visitor feels welcome and looked after.

This is a people\-first role. If you naturally make others feel at ease, you're calm under pressure, and you take pride in doing things properly you'll fit right in.

Hours: Rotating schedule including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver standout customer service welcome every guest, answer questions, and make people feel at home

  • Manage cash transactions handle payouts, floats, and all cash operations with speed and accuracy

  • Support promotions let customers know about current offers, events, and our Vantage Club loyalty programme

  • Keep the venue looking its best maintainhigh standards of cleanliness and presentation across the floor

  • Assist with opening and closing procedures as part of the shift team
What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year's experience in retail, hospitality, or customer\-facing roles(direct gaming experience is not required we'll teach you the industry)

  • Cash handling confidence you've worked a till, handled floats, or managed transactions before

  • A genuine people person warm, approachable, and comfortable engaging with a wide range of customers

  • Reliable and team\-oriented you show up, you support your colleagues, and you take pride in your work

  • Good attention to detail particularly with cash and compliance
