Adecco on behalf of our leading luxury womenswear brand are looking a passionate Retail Store/Sales Assistant with a flair for retail!

For this opportunity you will be an employee of ourselves working on site with the client while being rewarded with a strong salary, holidays, pension, certification opportunities and more!

Duration: Long TermAdecco Consultant (See below)

Location: Westfields, London

Working hours Include: 40 Hours Per Week across 5 days. Covering Monday to Saturday 9:30am-10:30pm and Sunday 11:30am - 6:30pm

Salary: £Highly competitive salary plus commission and extensive benefits (as below)


Role Overview:

As the Store Assistant, you will play a crucial role providing impeccable customer service by assisting customers, answering inquiries, and offering product recommendations. Your drive will be pivotal in creating an inviting shopping experience that resonates with our clientele.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide impeccable customer service by assisting customers, answering inquiries, and offering product recommendations.

  • Stay up to date on the latest fashion trends and product details to provide expert advice to customers.

  • Working closely with the team to drive revenue by restocking merchandise, maintaining displays, and facilitating the sales process.

  • Promote the brands values of diversity blended with contemporary fashion

  • Assist in creating visually appealing displays and ensuring that the store's appearance is always pristine.

  • Ensure signage is displayed clearly and consistently across the store

  • Help with inventory control, including receiving and processing merchandise shipments.

  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Work with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the brand's image and uphold company policies and guidelines.

  • Support in maintaining a clean and tidy environment.

  • Follow all Health and Safety requirements of the store
