Retail Assistant Manager

We at Meadows \& Byrne (Carrigtwohill) are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager.

Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting the Manager in delivering exceptional and knowledgeable customer service, driving sales and achieving targets.

Responsible for managing the day\-to\-day store operations.

Maintaining high store standards and conditions.

Fostering a positive environment which provides consistent, efficient, and friendly service and atmosphere for customers and team members alike.

Requirements:

Must be well organized, detail oriented and able to multitask.

Must have effective problem solving/decision making abilities.

Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Excellent customer service and leadership skills.

Effective people management skills.

This is a 5 over 7 day role so you must be willing to work weekends and bank holidays.
