We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food ideally pancakes! And for sales and customer satisfaction, with the ability to communicate effectively and build long\-lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
· Opening and closing the concession shop
· Setting up the shop counter
· Sampling with customers
· Serving customers
· Managing the till system
· Managing Deliveroo and food apps
· Supporting the General Manager with concession tasks

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Retail Associate to help support our Kiosk based in Cribbs Causeway Mon\-Sun as part of our friendly team. You must have a genuine love for food and ideally desserts!
We require someone who enjoys adapting to change as our business continues to grow in this sector, along with someone passionate about offering 5\-star customer service.
