Role Overview

As a Restaurant Team Leader, you will support the management team in delivering operational excellence, maintaining high standards, and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day service on the floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the front of house team during service


• Lead shifts and ensure smooth and efficient operations


• Deliver and maintain high standards of customer service


• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally


• Support training and development of team members


• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of all FOH areas


• Maintain strong communication with the kitchen and bar teams


• Lead by example and uphold company values

• Relevant experience in a similar supervisory role


• Excellent communication and organisational skills


• High standards and attention to detail


• Positive, professional attitude


• Strong team player with a hands\-on approach


• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment


• Confident in leading a team and taking responsibility
