Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for a passionate, flexible and experienced part time restaurant supervisor to join the team at The Summer House.

All our front of house staff are the face of the business and we are looking for customer focused, friendly and attentive people to join the team. You will work alongside the manager and owner to ensure the customer is always happy and that the highest quality standards are always maintained and delivered.

The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day except Mondays, so your shifts will vary from week to week.

You will be required to run the shift when a manager is not present.

The duties included on these shifts will be:

• Greeting and seating customers as they arrive


• Controlling the booking system to ensure tables are vacated in time


• Overseeing the other staff members on shift \& issuing extra jobs on quieter shifts


• Effectively and professionally dealing with customer complaints


• Cashing up the tills at the end of a shift


• Locking up and securing the premises


• Working alongside the owner and managers regarding any other duties they may require you to handle
