Duties

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow and high\-quality food presentation


• Lead and motivate team members across food preparation, serving, bartending, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences


• Oversee food safety standards and food production processes to maintain compliance with health regulations


• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation, cooking, and presentation


• Manage bar services, including bartending duties and beverage quality control


• Support team development through training in hospitality best practices, food safety, and customer service excellence


• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold our reputation for exceptional service

• Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment


• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques


• Experience in bartending or barista roles is highly desirable


• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast\-paced setting


• Knowledge of food safety protocols and food production standards


• Prior restaurant experience encompassing serving, kitchen operations, or hotel hospitality is preferred


• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and customer service excellence
