We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at The Blues Kitchen.

As a Supervisor,you play a key role in leading the floor. You support the management team,guide the team,and help maintain high standards across the restaurant.
What You’ll Do
- Lead shifts and support the team on the floor
- Ensure high standards across service,food and guest experience
- Train,coach and support team members
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain organisation across the restaurant
- Support managers with daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a supervisory role or a strong Head Server ready to step up
- Confidence leading a team
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A focus on quality and consistency
- Someone who wants to build a long\-term career in hospitality
