Restaurant Supervisor

Supervisor – Nipotina, Mayfair

Nipotina has firmly established itself in the heart of Mayfair, bringing authentic Italian cuisine and a vibrant, refined dining experience to one of London’s most dynamic neighbourhoods.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a confident and driven Supervisor to support our front of house team and help deliver consistently exceptional service.

The Role

As Supervisor, you will support the management team in the smooth day\-to\-day running of the restaurant. You will play a key role on the floor, ensuring service flows seamlessly, standards are maintained, and the team feels guided and motivated throughout each shift.

This is a hands\-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast\-paced, quality\-driven environment.

You will support across:

• Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness and attention to detail at all times


• Leading by example during service and supporting the team on the floor


• Handling guest feedback, complaints and special requests with confidence


• Running briefings, supporting training and onboarding new starters


• Ensuring all sections are prepared for service and closed down correctly


• Supporting cash handling, EPOS use and end\-of\-shift cashing up


• Maintaining strong product, allergen and menu knowledge across the team


• Ensuring health \& safety and licensing standards are always followed


• Driving sales through confident product recommendations

You’ll act as a key link between the floor team and management, helping to maintain consistency, energy and a great team culture.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience in a supervisory role within a quality restaurant


• Be organised, reliable and punctual


• Have strong communication skills and lead by example


• Be confident handling guest queries and complaints


• Demonstrate good product, allergen and basic wine knowledge


• Be calm under pressure with strong problem\-solving skills


• Have a positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow

Experience in a premium or high\-volume London venue is highly desirable.
