We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a thorough understanding of food safety and culinary standards. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant activities to ensure smooth operations.

  • Oversee food production, preparation, and presentation to meet quality standards.

  • Delegate tasks, and provide training to optimise team performance.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.

  • Assist in serving guests, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered consistently.

  • Monitor inventory levels.

  • Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally and promptly.

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain high culinary standards.

  • Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

  • Support the recruitment process by participating in interviews and onboarding new team members.
Experience
  • Proven management or supervisory experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.

  • Knowledge of food production and food safety protocols.

  • Experience in serving, food preparation, and kitchen operations is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with culinary practices including barista experience is advantageous.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

  • Previous restaurant experience demonstrating excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Pay: From £13\.50 per hour
