Restaurant Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

Applicants must be available to work five days over seven including weekends and evening work

Ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic people person with the ability to lead a team in an active and busy environment

Key Duties:

• Assist the Manager with the day to day management the restaurant


• Open and close the building in accordance with company policies and procedures


• Implementing HACCP safety procedures and ensuring documentation is recorded


• Lead, train and advise staff to ensure achievement of sales targets


• Adhere to strict cash handling policies and procedures as set out by the company at all times


• Implement company operating procedures, and supervise staff to ensure adherence


• Deal with any customer issues or complaints which may arise


• Manage stock to ensure maximum availability and minimum waste


• Always maintain the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness

Pay: From €14\.80 per hour
