FOOD \& BEVERAGE 1907 RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

Salary \- Base salary £26,790\.40 plus generous service charge between £200 \- £400 per month and tips

Hours – Full Time rota system in the evenings on going ( Not summer only) \- WILL INCLUDE WEEKENDS

What we look for

We are currently recruiting for a Food \& Beverage 1907 Restaurant Supervisor to join our vibrant and highly successful 1907 bar and grill plus Vetro team. Understanding what it means to deliver exceptional customer service and can exceed guest’s expectations is imperative in this role. Previous experience as restaurant supervisor in a similar establishment is desirable. Ability to work well under pressure with a good approach to team work. Excellent communication skills and presentation with a great attention to detail.

Main Duties:

• Interact with guests in a warm and inspirational manner and acknowledge our regulars and special occasions


• Deliver the cook at the table steak experience unique to Brooklands


• Lead the team in the absence of the Assistant Restaurant Manager


• Upsell the 1907 menu and wine list to suit the individual tastes


• Run a section and take food \& drink orders and post them accurately


• Run Vetro alongside the bar team


• Maintain and deliver consistent Brooklands standards in line with our Make it Exceptional ethos


• Complaint handling


• Presentation of the 1907 restaurant \& bar area

The fabulous Brooklands Hotel has been opened since 2010 and is a modern sleek style Art Deco inspired building with bedrooms and conference suites offering state of the art facilities located on the site of the historic Brooklands race track. The 2 AA Rosette 1907 restaurant bar and grill and bar are contemporary with the highest quality throughout delivering a great experience for our guests. The hotel offers a luxurious spa and is the upper end of the four star category and appeals to both the local corporate and leisure guests.
