Office & Operations Coordinator
A Window and Door glazing company now seeking an experienced logistics operator / Administrator to join our team.
Working in office administration , you will need the ability to prioritise a busy work schedule and meet set deadlines
Our highest priority is customer service so it is imperative to have Effective communication skills to deal with incoming telephone calls from a wide range of internal and external people and the varied queries that arise
you will be involved in a wide range of administrative tasks which require excellent organizational abilities
The role involves regular use of word , excel outlook, adobe PDF and database, so IT / computer skills are essential
previous experience of working in a construction type environment beneficial but not essential
would suit an office allrounder:
Duties include:
- Organise/file paperwork.
- General office tidiness.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Book in appointments/run multiple calendars.
- Book in installations/service calls
- Provide support to management.
- Track/organise deliveries and materials.
- Order materials for and after the installation occurs.
- Coordinate with the head surveyor to send his over information for final surveys.
- Coordinate with the installation team to send them over information for installs.
- Handling company aftersales, FENSA certification and product guarantees.
- Invoices using QuickBooks.
- Handle customer enquiries.
- Keeping spreadsheets/CRM updated.
- Preparation of quotation templates.
- Experience in a small business environment preferred
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Pay: £23,000\.00\-£25,000\.00 per year
