As a Restaurant Manager,you will play a key role in leading the floor,developing your team,and delivering an outstanding guest experience within a fast\-paced,premium environment.

As a Restaurant Manager,you will:
- Lead from the front,delivering exceptional service standards at all times
- Support the overall performance of the restaurant,driving sales and profitability
- Recruit,train,and develop a high\-performing team
- Foster a positive,inclusive,and motivating working environment
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations across the floor
- Maintain compliance with all health \& safety standards
- Monitor stock,control costs,and minimise waste
- Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously improve the guest experience
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Restaurant Manager ready to step up
- Background in premium,high\-volume or Michelin\-level environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with a proactive,hands\-on approach
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced,high\-energy environment
