We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our front\-of\-house team and help shape the next chapter of our restaurant.
At the Vietnamese Table, we are creating a dining experience that bridges Vietnamese cuisine with the precision, seasonality, and craftsmanship of Nordic gastronomy.
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while supporting and developing a strong team culture. You will work closely with ownership and the kitchen team to maintain the highest standards of service, hospitality, and professionalism
What we are looking for
- Lead and manage all front\-of\-house operations
- Train, mentor, and develop service staff
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and handle guest feedback professionally
- Create staff schedules and oversee labor costs
- Maintain service standards and operational procedures
- Manage reservations and optimize dining room flow
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless dining experience
- Support wine, beverage, and menu development initiatives
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and administrative duties
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and problem\-solving abilities
- Experience with wine and beverage programs is an advantage
- Fluent English required; Danish is a plus
