Restaurant Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers enjoy their dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food with a friendly smile.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.


• Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's POS system.


• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.


• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials and promotions.


• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiments.


• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns effectively.


• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently as part of the payment process.


• Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive prompt service throughout their visit.

• Previous restaurant experience is essential, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles.


• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential.


• Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating bills accurately.


• Experience in serving or culinary roles is an advantage.


• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.


• Strong guest service skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers and resolve any issues that arise.

Pay: £13\.00\-£15\.00 per hour
