IT, Design and E-Commerce Administrator

The ideal candidate will be exceptionally detail\-focused, process\-driven, comfortable managing multiple digital platforms, and confident working independently to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update 3 company websites
- Take and edit new product photographs using Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop
- Compile and design the annual printed price list
- Maintain social media platforms, email campaigns, and WhatsApp communications
- Upload new products onto the in\-house CRM, ensuring all information is accurate and complete
- Monitor and maintain out\-of\-stock product records
- Process bulk customer labels for dispatch
- Prepare and dispatch sample cuttings
- Record and process back orders as stock arrives
- Liaise with couriers and delivery providers including DX
- Place purchase orders using Mertex and with suppliers as directed by management
- Work closely with management to support company goals and operational objectives
- Process sales orders received via website, telephone, and email
- Manage customer queries through to resolution
- Strong IT and computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using websites, CRM systems, and digital platforms
- Experience with Photoshop or similar editing software preferred
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
- Social media and digital marketing experience advantageous
- A proactive, solution\-focused attitude
