About Us

The Brothers Supper is a fast\-growing, family\-run hospitality brand built around great food, strong service, and creating spaces people genuinely enjoy spending time in.

Based at Lakehurst Park, our venue combines hospitality, events, dining, and entertainment across a growing multi\-use site. From breakfast service through to lunch, dinner, private events, and busy weekend trade, we’re focused on delivering quality food, strong service, and a welcoming atmosphere throughout the day.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Restaurant Manager to take ownership of our restaurant operation and help drive it forward commercially and operationally.

The Role

This is a hands\-on leadership role with full responsibility for the day\-to\-day running of the restaurant operation across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining high service standards, leading the front\-of\-house team, managing stock and ordering, and helping grow revenue through strong operations and customer experience.

This role is not just about maintaining service — it’s about building a restaurant operation people want to return to. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, leads from the front, and understands how to create a busy, successful venue.

You’ll work closely with the founders and wider management team, but this role requires someone who can independently run the operation, make decisions, and drive standards consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the day\-to\-day running of the restaurant operation

  • Oversee breakfast, lunch, and dinner service to ensure high standards throughout

  • Lead, train, and manage front\-of\-house teams to deliver excellent customer service

  • Drive revenue, repeat business, and customer engagement through service standards and operational improvements

  • Manage rotas, staffing levels, and team performance

  • Take responsibility for stock control, ordering, wastage management, and supplier relationships

  • Ensure the restaurant is consistently clean, organised, and operating to a high standard

  • Work alongside the kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth service across the venue

  • Support the delivery of private events, functions, and busy peak trading periods

  • Maintain compliance with licensing, health \& safety, food hygiene, and hospitality regulations

  • Take ownership of operational performance, labour control, and margins

  • Help develop new ideas, offers, and initiatives that increase footfall and profitability

  • Responsible for creating, scheduling, and managing engaging social media content across platforms to support brand awareness and audience growth
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and manage teams

  • A commercially minded operator who understands how to grow revenue and drive standards

  • Experience managing busy hospitality environments across multiple service periods

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Confident managing stock, suppliers, labour, and costs

  • A proactive, hands\-on approach with the ability to lead from the floor

  • Someone who takes ownership and accountability, not just manages shifts

  • Passion for hospitality, atmosphere, and delivering memorable customer experiences
