Duties

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards of quality.


• Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of servers, cooks, bartenders, and support staff to deliver outstanding customer service.


• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency, presentation, and adherence to recipes.


• Manage bar operations including bartending duties when necessary, ensuring responsible alcohol service.


• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas.


• Coordinate food production activities to meet customer demand efficiently while minimizing waste.


• Train staff on hospitality best practices, serving techniques, and safety procedures to foster a professional team environment.

Experience

• Proven supervisory experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.


• Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols.


• Hands\-on experience in bar management or bartending is highly desirable.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast\-paced environment.


• Familiarity with culinary practices, food production processes, and kitchen operations.


• Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus but not required.


• Demonstrated ability to uphold high standards of hospitality, service excellence, and food quality.
