Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our busy establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and extensive knowledge of food preparation, safety standards, and team management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of culinary excellence. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of restaurant management, from staff supervision to ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer service.

  • Build a fresh New Fine dining Style FOH Operation and lead a very small team

  • Manage and motivate staff, including serving personnel, kitchen staff, and baristas, fostering a positive team environment.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of food production processes.

  • Organise staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to optimise productivity.

  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve any complaints promptly to uphold the restaurant’s reputation.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with health standards.

  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as necessary, and manage stock control efficiently.

  • Implement training programmes for new staff members on service standards and safety procedures.
Experience
  • Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment. Preferable Fine dining Experience

  • Extensive restaurant experience with a solid understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.

  • Background in culinary arts or related fields is highly desirable.

  • Experience in managing teams effectively in fast\-paced settings.

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.

  • Prior hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not essential.

  • Familiarity with serving procedures, hospitality standards, and barista skills are beneficial attributes for this role. This position offers an engaging work environment for motivated professionals eager to lead a vibrant team while delivering outstanding dining experiences.
Pay: £28,000\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
