Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary arts, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills to manage a diverse team effectively. This role requires a passion for food preparation and service, ensuring that our guests receive an outstanding dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Store Operations Management:
- Team Building and Staff Development.
- Business Data Analysis and Operational Optimization
Develop actionable improvement plans based on store characteristics, and track and iterate on results
- Brand Alignment and Headquarters coordination.
Provide feedback to headquarters on store performance, customer experience, and market insights to support brand optimization.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Able to use both Chinese and English fluently.
- Experience: Experience in Food \& Beverage/retail /service industry management.
- Management Capability: Strong team coordination, communication and decision\-making skills.
- Data Awareness: Able to make judgments and develop strategies based on data analysis.
- Annual performance bonus and development feedback system.
- Work visa assistance available for eligible candidates.
Pay: £50,000\.00\-£60,000\.00 per year
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
- Restaurant management: 3 years (preferred)
