Duties

• Food safety Audit


• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service from kitchen to front of house


• Lead and motivate a diverse team of servers, bartenders, cooks, and support staff to deliver top\-tier customer service


• Manage food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high\-quality standards and consistency


• Oversee food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and food production procedures to meet health regulations


• Coordinate with kitchen staff on culinary activities, including food presentation and barista services when applicable


• Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure an overall positive dining experience


• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to optimize restaurant efficiency


• Train new team members on service standards, food safety procedures, and operational policies

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills


• Extensive restaurant experience including food preparation, cooking, bartending, serving and hospitality roles


• Familiarity with culinary techniques and kitchen operations; culinary or hotel experience is a plus


• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production and handling


• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams and fostering a collaborative environment


• Experience managing bar services or barista duties is advantageous


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment
