We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) for our client, a 4\-star hotel, to strengthen the service team for the upcoming winter season in Kühtai, Tyrol.

Main Responsibilities:

• Leading, motivating, and supporting the service team


• Actively participating in the daily restaurant service


• Ensuring smooth and efficient service operations


• Taking care of guests and creating a high\-quality guest experience


• Working closely with the kitchen and reception teams


• Coordinating the team, including in stressful situations


• Ensuring high service and quality standards


• Actively contributing to and further developing the restaurant and service concept

• Professional experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager


• You are a passionate host who genuinely enjoys taking care of guests with enthusiasm and dedication.


• You remain calm and keep an overview even in stressful situations.


• You enjoy motivating and leading your team.


• You create memorable experiences for our guests and work closely with the kitchen and reception teams.


• Honesty, loyalty, punctuality, and reliability


• Fluent German and/or English

• Net salary: €2,800

The minimum salary for the position as Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) is EUR 2\.641 gross per month based on full\-time employment. Willingness to overpay.
