Duties

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction


• Supervise and motivate staff, including chefs, servers, and kitchen personnel


• Manage food preparation and cooking processes to uphold quality standards


• Implement and monitor food safety procedures in compliance with regulations


• Coordinate food production, ensuring timely delivery of orders


• Organise staff schedules, training sessions, and performance appraisals


• Handle customer enquiries and resolve any complaints promptly and professionally


• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the restaurant environment


• Assist in menu planning and development in collaboration with culinary staff


• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards at all times

Experience

• Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting


• Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and serving techniques


• Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and inspire staff


• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production


• Previous experience in Mediterranean cuisines or takeaways


• Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent organisational skills
