Job Summary
We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team in Borough Market!

We are open 12pm\-10pm, 7 days a week. The role is for 7 shifts a week, worked across 4 or 5 days (though we can offer 5 or 6 shifts per week for the right individual).
Be surrounded by produce from small\-scale suppliers, organically/bio\-dynamically farmed natural wines, and cooking over wood \& charcoal. We pay competitively and provide access to CycleScheme as well as regular training, gifted dining experiences, work shoes, and organised visits to suppliers.

Duties
- Oversee a day in the restaurant from start to finish, from set\-up to cash\-up
- Line\-manage the restaurant waiters, supervisors \& floor managers
- Genuinely love hospitality and create memorable guest experiences
- Lead daily team briefings on our ever\-changing seasonal menu
- Procure daily sundries to par levels, including but not limited to glassware, consumables and cleaning supplies
- Host every guest and manage reservations with the floor team
- Be able to work in all sections on the floor, including serving tables and following health \& safety procedures to a high and consistent standard
- Work closely alongside the GM to ensure services are consistent for guests and fun for the team
- Previous management experience in a similar restaurant is essential
- Ability to use basic spreadsheets (Google Drive) and POS systems (Lightspeed, OpenTable)
- Experience working with seasonal produce and natural wines is desired, but not necessary
