Here at Tinto Taperia, we’re looking for someone with leadership and management experience to join our team and take ownership of all aspects of the daily running of operations \- from managing guests and service workflow to supervising staff and administrative tasks such as cashing up, ordering, stock management, customer queries, record keeping, etc

About you
We’re looking for individuals with a positive and can\-do attitude with a proven track record in managerial duties in a hospitality setting who can motivate , build and lead teams to reach their full potential.
Skills and Experience
- Proven management track record
- Knowledge of UK laws and regulations in relation to food and alcohol service
- Experience in training, mentoring and managing staff
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of stock take and ordering procedures
- Experience with cashing up, opening and closing a venue
- Organisational skills \- both in terms of paperwork and venue management
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communicator
- Organisation and delegation
- Forward planning and strategic thinking
- Problem solving and decision\-making
- Commercial awareness
