We are currently looking to recruit a full\-time Care Supervisor to join our friendly team covering the Brighton \& Hove area. In return for your skills, experience and commitment we offer excellent working conditions and benefits including:

- To fully support the Registered Manager in delivering high quality care to clients
- To ensure that all care management and general administration related policies and procedures of The Private Care Company are adhered to

- To manage and monitor the use of The Private Care Company’s Care Management System
- To support with the set\-up of new client care packages
- To carry out initial and ongoing client assessments, reviews and risk assessments
- To carry out staff supervisions and reviews
- To ensure regular client reviews and the updating of client care plans/forms
- To be primarily responsible for communication with clients on day to day issues as well as complaints
- To ensure swift resolution of care management related issues
- To provide advice on care management matters and issues generally
- To support with care coordination and general administration
- To provide assistance with office administration generally and answering the phone
- To carry out any other duties which may be reasonably requested by the Registered Manager
- To work effectively with other managers and stakeholders across the business
- To support an open, positive, friendly and inclusive working culture
- On call phone duty two week days per week and being the responsible person working on alternate weekends
- Qualified at Level 3, 4 or 5 Health and Social Care or to be willing to be enrolled on a course
- Excellent working knowledge of IT systems such as Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and the ability to learn and use computer software
- A full clean UK driving licence (with own car)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent track record in the care industry including supervisory/management roles
- Ambitious individual who wishes to progress to Assistant Care Manager
- Prepared to take responsibility

- 0700 – 1900hrs (operating hours are 0700\-2300hrs so flexibility will be required)
- On call phone coverage (duty enhancement paid)
- 2 week shift pattern, working alternate weekends
Pay: £31,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
