Restaurant Manager

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the restaurant's high standards and fostering a positive working environment for our staff.
Your main responsibilities will include:
1\. Leadership : Lead by example and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and exceed customer expectations. Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
2\. Day to Day Operations Management: Oversee day\-to\-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets to optimise profitability.
3\. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure guests have a delightful dining experience by providing attentive service, addressing feedback, and resolving any issues promptly.
4\. Staff Training and Development: Train and mentor staff, promoting their development and empowering them to excel in their roles. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
5\. Quality Control: Maintain the highest quality standards in food preparation, presentation, and overall cleanliness to uphold the restaurant's reputation.
6\. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and COSSH regulations, making certain that the restaurant remains a safe place for team and guests.
Requirements:
\- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
\- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating successful teams.
\- Strong business acumen and the ability to manage budgets, analyse financial reports, and make data\-driven decisions.
\- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with customers, staff, and suppliers effectively.
The role with Competitive salary of up to 40k, dependant on experience, comprising of salary plus gratuities. The hours will be a minimum of 40 hours and maximum of 45 hours.
