The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for the day\-to\-day operation of the restaurant, leading from the floor and setting the standard for service, culture, and performance.

You'll work closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to ensure every guest receives an outstanding experience while developing and inspiring a high\-performing team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate front\-of\-house team


• Creating exceptional guest experiences and building lasting relationships with our customers


• Driving service standards and maintaining a strong presence on the restaurant floor


• Managing labour, rotas, stock controls, and operational efficiencies


• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development


• Delivering sales growth and achieving key business targets


• Ensuring compliance with health \& safety and company standards


• Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to create seamless service

• Previous management experience in a busy, quality\-led restaurant


• A natural leader who inspires, coaches, and develops others


• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences


• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of restaurant operations


• Excellent communication and organisational skills


• Energy, positivity, and a hands\-on approach


• A desire to grow with an ambitious and expanding business

Pay: £40,000\.00\-£45,000\.00 per year
