Set within the world\-famous Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, The Pavilion is a vibrant, high\-volume restaurant offering a dynamic hybrid dining experience in one of London’s most unique hospitality settings, with a strong focus on quality, pace, and guest experience, The Pavilion combines the energy of a busy destination venue with the standards and culture of modern hospitality leadership.

Shift Pattern: 5 over 7 days

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a busy hybrid\-service restaurant operation with a strong focus on guest experience and service standards.

  • Drive team performance through hands\-on leadership, coaching, and development.

  • Manage labour, rotas, and staffing to deliver efficient and commercially successful operations.

  • Maintain high standards across customer service, food safety, compliance, and daily operations.

  • Take ownership of stock control, operational readiness, and service delivery during peak trading periods.

  • Support sales growth through strong communication, upselling focus, and commercial awareness.

  • Build a positive, accountable, and hospitality\-led team culture.

  • Managing a team of 2 assistant managers, 2 supervisors and 12\-14 casual team members
