About the Job
A Buyers Club Restaurant Manager directs and inspires their team to succeed in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests with industry leading results. They are accountable for the management of our restaurant maintenance, compliance, staff welfare, profitability and guest experience. They are also responsible for delivering inspiring front of house training, equipping the team with the knowledge and confidence required in order to drive sales to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Champion a culture of genuine hospitality, leading by example to create unforgettable guest experiences. Oversee bookings, guest communication, and complaint resolution, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand standards and delivers unforgettable experiences.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth day\-to\-day running of the restaurant, maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, maintenance, and compliance. Manage staffing levels, schedules, cash handling, and operational processes to deliver a consistently high\-performing venue.
- Sales and Profitability: Take ownership of restaurant performance by driving sales, achieving labour and revenue targets, monitoring costs, and identifying opportunities to increase profitability through effective team engagement and commercial decision\-making.
- High Performance Teams: Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve their full potential by delivering engaging front\-of\-house training, provide regular feedback, and fostering a positive, supportive culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Pay: £14\.30\-£18\.30 per hour
