We are now looking for a dedicated and inspiring Restaurant Manager to lead our front\-of\-house team and ensure a consistently outstanding guest experience.

The Ideal Restaurant Manager will:
- Have proven experience in a senior front\-of\-house role within a premium or fine dining environment
- Be confident in leading, training, and developing a high\-performing team
- Have a hands\-on approach, leading by example and maintaining service standards
- Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills
- Thrive in a fast\-paced setting while keeping calm and focused
- Lead and support the team on the floor during service
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with personality and poise
- Maintain high standards in service, communication, and daily operations
- Work closely with senior management to meet team and business goals
- Train, coach and develop junior team members
- Be a role model of our brand values at all times
