The Ideal Restaurant Manager will:

• Have proven experience in a senior front\-of\-house role within a premium or fine dining environment


• Be confident in leading, training, and developing a high\-performing team


• Have a hands\-on approach, leading by example and maintaining service standards


• Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills


• Thrive in a fast\-paced setting while keeping calm and focused

• Lead and support the team on the floor during service


• Deliver exceptional guest experiences with personality and poise


• Maintain high standards in service, communication, and daily operations


• Work closely with senior management to meet team and business goals


• Train, coach and develop junior team members
